Prommis is the leading technology-enabled, BPO provider of foreclosure and bankruptcy processing services for Mortgage Servicers in the U.S. Depending on the state (judicial, non-judicial or trustee), Prommis will either partner with a Law Firm, working directly with a Mortgage Servicer, or work through a trustee to process the foreclosure. In states in which Prommis owns the trustee the Prommis works directly with the Mortgage Servicer. In general, Law Firms are the direct customers and Mortgage Servicers are the end customers in eastern states and Mortgage Servicers or trustees are the direct customers in western states.

The Company’s end-customers represent the largest and most respected Mortgage Servicers in the industry. The Company has a diversified end-customer base and services each of the ten largest Mortgage Servicers and each of the ten largest subprime Mortgage Servicers in the industry. The Company has many touch points into Mortgage Servicers, including a dedicated client management group, and direct sales force.

Through this unique two-tier delivery model, Prommis Solutions is able to better serve the needs of large Mortgage Servicers, providing scale and scope of operations as well as client-specific reporting, customer service, and integration.
