- Dan Phelan is the current Chairman of Prommis and formerly served as the CEO of Prommis following the acquisition by Great Hill. Prior to the acquisition, Phelan was an attorney and a Managing Partner of MR Law and provided senior oversight to MR Law’s processing operations since 1988
- Prior to joining MR Law, he spent ten years as an attorney and Partner at Kurzman, Phelan and Liblang, P.C. in Michigan
- Phelan received his J.D. from the University of Detroit in 1977 and his B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University
