Piper, Charles
Chief Executive Officer & President
Charles Piper joined Prommis in January 2011 and was appointed CEO and President of Prommis Solutions after having served as Chief Operations Officer, where he was responsible for all of the company’s business units, bi-coastal operations, and IT, including customer satisfaction, employee development and the continuous improvement of products and services.
Piper joined Prommis from ePay, an electronic payments company, where he served as managing director. At ePay he led the company through a period of significant expansion, maintaining quality delivery and customer service.
Prior to that, Piper served as President & CEO for DVDPlay, Inc., a leader in the development and management of DVD rental kiosks. DVDPLay developed software that enables pricing, promotions, inventory management, advertising, and offered its movie rental kiosks at grocery stores and supermarkets in the United States and Canada. In addition to company management and operations, Piper was responsible for strategic business and product development, manufacturing and purchasing.
Before joining DVDPlay, Piper was Senior Vice President of Operations for Blackhawk Network, a market leader in prepaid and payments network and card-based financial solutions. At Blackhawk, Piper established operational support for Blackhawk's 80,000 retail partners and was also responsible for other front-end revenue programs.
During his career, Piper also served as Vice President of Corporate Retail Operations for Safeway, Inc. where he developed key strategies for retail application and implementation. Piper's retail career started in southern California, in 1986, and he held progressive store and division level positions across Western and Midwestern States before moving to a corporate leadership position. Piper's experience includes eleven years with Albertsons prior to joining Safeway's Denver Division in 2000.
Piper graduated Magna Cum Lade with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Regis University in Denver and later returned to complete his Masters of Business Administration in finance and accounting.

Weinblatt, Daniel
Chief Financial Officer
Daniel Weinblatt joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in August 2011. In this role he is responsible for the Company’s Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Treasury functions.
Prior to joining Prommis, Weinblatt was Vice President and CFO of DVDPlay, Inc., where, he was instrumental in their restructuring efforts and in the eventual sale of the company.
Prior to DVDPlay, Weinblatt served as Vice President and Corporate Controller for LGC Wireless, Inc., a telecommunications company, where he was responsible for their Accounting and Treasury functions and led the financial and legal due diligence efforts for the Company’s 2007 merger with ADC Telecommunications. He has also held executive positions with Micro Linear Corporation and Omneon Video Networks, Inc. and held management positions with Varian Associates, Inc., and Sun Microsystems, Inc.
Weinblatt obtained a law degree from Santa Clara University and a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He holds an active California law license and is a CPA from New York (inactive).

Volentine, Dick
General Counsel
As corporate counsel for Prommis Solutions, Volentine is responsible for all legal department functions, including litigation management, contract administration, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Volentine joins Prommis after serving for 10 years as Associate General Counsel at Fannie Mae, where he negotiated and drafted contracts, managed transactional issues involving mortgage-backed securities, and advised business leaders on mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, risk management and compliance issues. Volentine serves on the Executive Leadership Team, providing advice and guidance to the senior management of the Company.
Volentine brings to Prommis over thirty years of experience as in-house counsel for a variety of banking, mortgage lending, insurance and financial institutions. Prior to working at Fannie Mae, Volentine spent nine years as Assistant General Counsel for Prudential Insurance Company, where he was Chief Legal Officer for the company’s bank and thrift subsidiaries. During his career, Volentine also served in the legal departments of Chase Home Mortgage, Altus bank, the FDIC, Home Federal Savings and Loan, and Citicorp.
Volentine graduated summa cum laude with a degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, and thereafter received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. He is admitted to the bar in Alabama, Missouri, Florida and Georgia.

Ansley, Michelle
Senior Vice President Shared Services
As Senior Vice President of HR and Shared Services, Ansley is responsible for Human Resources for the company’s 1000+ employees. Her responsibilities also include leadership of the administrative services staff as well as the sales and marketing teams.
Ansley joined Prommis from Morris, Schneider & Prior, LLP where she served as director of organization effectiveness. Prior to that, Ansley was President of Team A Enterprises, a Learning Services Company that provided training and development and change management consulting services to Fortune 100 companies throughout the United States and Europe. In that position, Michelle had responsibility for overseeing all aspects of consulting and project management services for major change management initiatives including ERP and Supply Chain rollouts.
Ansley’s professional experience also includes over twelve years with IBM Global Services where she held several positions including Program Manager for IBM Learning Services.
A native of Georgia, she has an undergraduate degree in Management and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human resources, a Project Management Professional and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
