Monica Mora is the Vice President of Bankruptcy Operations at Prommis Solutions on site at Pite Duncan, LLP, specializing in the area of bankruptcy on behalf of financial institutions and related entities.

Mora manages the legal support staff of over a hundred and fifty paralegals and legal assistants. She is responsible for the implementation of reporting and auditing of Motions for Relief from Stay, Proof of Claims, Objections to Plans and Objections to Claims in all of the bankruptcy Courts in ten western states consisting of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington.

Mora’s responsibilities also include the developing and coordinating of operational procedures to ensure the compliance of servicer and investor expectations and deadlines.

Prior to joining Prommis Solutions, Monica served as Bankruptcy Manager at Pite Duncan, LLP for over nine years. She began her career in the bankruptcy field as a bankruptcy specialist for HSBC formerly known as Household Automotive Finance Corporation.

Mora earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University Long Beach in 1997, where she concentrated in Public Law and International Relations. She earned her paralegal degree from the University of San Diego in 1998.

Vice President Bankruptcy and Foreclosure East Operations

As Vice President of Bankruptcy and Foreclosure East Operations, Tina Jones is responsible for the vision, strategy, planning and management of Prommis’ East Coast Bankruptcy and foreclosure divisions. Jones oversees all of the company’s non-legal support services for its business partner law firms including the leadership of direct source and full service units for the law firm partners as well as managing foreclosure, title and manufactured housing operations in seven states.

Jones joined Prommis in 2009 and brings significant managerial experience in foreclosure and bankruptcy to her role. Prior to Prommis Solutions, she was foreclosure manager for SunTrust Mortgage Inc., where she was responsible for managing a national foreclosure portfolio including first legal action, publications, title, and foreclosure sale.

In addition, Jones served as director of foreclosure and bankruptcy for Greenpoint Mortgage, a division of Capital One financial group. At Greenpoint Mortgage, she managed the national portfolio for foreclosure and bankruptcy, in areas of default demand, referral, post foreclosure and redemptions.

Josh Magnuson is Vice President of Ancillary Operations at Prommis Solutions. Magnuson’s responsibilities include leadership of all ancillary operations and staff as well as, vendor oversight, maintaining appropriate licensing, and quality control for Prommis’ wholly owned subsidiaries, Statewide Tax and Title Services, Reliable Posting and Publication and Interface Mailing Services. Magnuson ensures policies and procedures are adhered to for all operational units to meet client expectations and required timeframes.

In addition, Magnuson leads the company’s REO division and legal support staff paralegals and legal assistants. He directs the company’s compliance teams responsible for closing services in Georgia and Alabama as well as eviction services in nine Eastern states and ten Western states.

Prior to that, Magnuson was Director of National Eviction Operations at Prommis Solutions. In this role he was responsible for the planning and leadership of the company’s bi-coastal evictions units. During this time, Magnuson lead the consolidation of east coast operations into a single processing system to streamline and centralize all eviction processing services. Additionally, Magnuson identified growth opportunities and lead expansion efforts of three new office locations in Arizona, Nevada and Oregon.

Before joining Prommis Solutions, Josh served as Foreclosure Manager for six years at McCalla Raymer, a provider of legal services to the mortgage banking industry.
